Privacy notice

What we collect

• Tool answers (role, company size, industry, systems and process answers) are kept in your browser while you work. Tool interactions and information you submit may also be recorded as described in this notice, and saving or signing in lets you restore your saved work.
• Saved work: if you save progress, we store your email and the saved answers so you can reopen them. If you sign in, we store your results, plans and the profile details you enter so your workspace can show them.
• Account and learning: your email and sign-in details (email code, password or a supported sign-in provider), plus Academy progress, quiz results and certificates.
• Requests you send: when you ask for an expert session or similar help, we store the details in the form (such as name, email, company website and your request) and your contact consent, and use them to reply and arrange what you asked for.
• Usage events: pages viewed, tools started or completed, buttons and links used, and Academy lesson progress.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies and analytics operate according to applicable settings and your choices, and we keep a record of those choices.

Who processes your information

• Service providers that host the site, store data, send sign-in emails, manage cookie choices, provide analytics and run AI features process information on our behalf.
• AI features: the ERP guide sends only the system name you enter to an AI service to generate the guide.
• Partner introductions: if you request an introduction and explicitly agree, we may share the details specified in the form with the partner identified to you. Recording your agreement does not by itself mean anything has been shared.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.

Retention and your choices

We retain personal information as needed for the purposes described in this policy, subject to applicable legal requirements. Answers kept only in your browser can be cleared by clearing this site's data. To request deletion, withdraw consent or ask about your data, email hello@financeworkroom.com.
